Shipping FAQ's

How long until you ship my purchase?
- All baseball and glove orders are made to order. When you place your order, we make it. Shipping times will vary, however, we do everything we can to ship all orders as fast as possible. For baseballs, please allow 7-10 days from the time your order is placed. Glove orders may take longer.

How do you ship my order? How long will it take?
- We use Priority Mail for all domestic and international shipments. Within the US, you can expect your order to reach you within 2-3 days from the time it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know your order is on it's way.

Do you charge sales tax?
- Of course! We must charge sales tax for all orders that are shipped to a Massachusetts address.

Do you ship international?
- YES! We ship your order using USPS Priority International. There are a few rules that do apply please read carefully before you order.

• Canada and Mexico shipping charges are $20 + $2 for each additional item.  Shipping for bats to Canada or Mexico is $28.

• Shipping charges to all other countries are $28 + $4 for each additional item, excluding bats which are $48.

• The prices above are representative of our cost to ship internationally.  In fact, it's not unusual for our cost to exceed your charges.   

• These are the rates charged by the USPS, unfortunately, we cannot control the costs.

• Delivery may take up to 14 business days or longer, depending on your location.

• We cannot ship to P.O. boxes; it must be a home or business.

• Please double-check your address! If you gave us an incorrect address and your item is undeliverable, we will be unable to issue a refund. Include your phone number to help reduce errors with your local carrier.

• Each country has their own tax, duties and customs charges…YOU are responsible for those charges…we cannot label any item as a gift.

• Sometimes we are unable to ship to certain countries. Should this occur with your order you will receive a refund within 48 hours from the time we determine we cannot ship the order.

• REFUNDS will only be given on damaged items and you are responsible for return shipping on the item. Once the item has been returned we will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the item.
