Re-created using original 19th century exemplars, the Model 000 is turned from professional quality northern ash. It is meant to conjure the feeling of the heavy lumber of the past, and the fine craftsmanship that went with it. It is entirely, and impeccably, finished by hand. Finely detailed throughout, from the hand painted rings to the hand rubbed finish, this bat will not disappoint. The handle is finished with a corded grip, which not only adds to the bat's stunning presentation, it also feels wonderful in the hand.

Measuring 35.5 inches in length, and weighing around 38 ounces, this bat replicates the top of the line bats that were in use during the latter decades of the 19th century. Nearly-straight tapered from the handle to the barrel, the business end tops out at around 2.38 inches in diameter while the thinnest portion of the handle measures at 1.25". A truly substantial bat, that while heavy, feels incredibly balanced and comfortable in the hands.

While these bats are finely crafted and present beautifully on display, they are just as comfortable on the ball field. Each bat in the collection is designed for use by anyone, from the pluckiest novice to the most dedicated vintage ballist.
